Our one-day, two-hour Winter Skill Builder in Jamestown brings IPT’s proven training system to athletes who want an edge during the season.
Players will be challenged, coached with intention, and pushed through the same structured IPT skill progression we use inside our Bismarck facility — with reps and details that create noticeable improvement fast.
